You may return any eligible product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition

  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included

  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way

Non-returnable items include:

  • Activated Sirius XM subscriptions

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as such)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
